A great success for the evening dedicated to the prized Alba White truffle organized by Italian Foodie Corner with a superb menu created by Sapori di Maggio, with Chef Marco Maggio.

An appointment dedicated to gourmets, who were able to taste the best combinations of excellent cuisine and the White Truffle of Alba.

During the dinner guests enjoyed a menu prepared with exclusive products selected by Italian Foodie Corner: tagliatelle rustiche, parmesan, extra virgin olive oil and truffle farmer “crostino”.

Super wines paired the menu: Le Difese 2018 Tenuta San Guido, Guidalberto 2018 Tenuta San Guido, Sassicaia 2017 Tenuta San Guido and Moscato Sabayon.
