Corn&rice tagliatelle with marinara sauce

4 tablespoons of Gentile extra-virgin olive oil by Cartechini

6 garlic cloves, peeled and gently crushed

350 gr of tomato purée by Biofavole

4 “nests” of corn&rice tagliatelle by Pastificio La Rosa

Parmigiano Reggiano from Mountains Aged 24 Months to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

4 leaves of fresh basil


Sautee garlic in the oil, discard it when golden, and add the tomato purée.

Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.

In the meantime, cook the corn&rice tagliatelle, drain, and immediately season with the sauce.

Sprinkle Parmigiano Reggiano on top, decorate with basil, and serve.
