1 pack organic wholemeal mix for cakes and biscotti by BioSun
1 large egg
50 millilitres of Gentile extra-virgin olive oil by Cartechini
Brown sugar to taste
Whole milk (if necessary)
Whole wheat flour for the work surface
Put mix for cakes and biscotti, the egg, and oil in a large bowl.
Knead using a fork, then by hand.
If necessary, add a little milk to soften the dough.
Roll out on floured work surface, cut the biscuits, then bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
