For the dough:
1 Wholemeal blend for pizza, focaccia and tigelle by Cleca
220 ml of warm water
3 tablespoons of Gentile extra-virgin olive oil by Cartechini + an extra to grease the trays
To season the pizza:
Tomato puree by Biofavole to taste
Mozzarella to taste
Fresh basil to taste
To season the focaccia:
Gentile extra-virgin olive oil by Cartechini to taste
Coarse salt to taste
Dried rosemary to taste
Turn on the oven at 200°C, fan off.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add water and oil. Start o to mix with a fork and then with your hands, until you get a homogeneous dough.
Grease two 20 cm diameter baking tray with a drizzle of oil, roll out the dough and season.
For the pizza, sprinkle the dough with the tomato puree and add mozzarella cut into pieces.
For the focaccia, drizzle the dough with a little oil, add the salt and rosemary.
Cook for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, and serve.
