The crema is prepared by grinding the granular truffle, combining it with extra virgin olive oil and salt, and then the product is sterilized in the boiler. It is recommended above all for the preparation of first courses or for the preparation of bruschetta and sandwiches with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic and anchovy paste. Once opened, the product should be covered with extra virgin olive oil and kept in the fridge.
