We are happy to introduce to you this typical and delicious snack from Southern Italy. Crunchy like a cracker and somewhat similar to a bagel in shape (but much smaller!), taralli are the perfect accompaniment to a cheese board, a movie night, or whenever you fancy. Pair it with cheese, cold cuts, or dunk them in wine.
These taralli are produced by the Perniola family from Rutigliano (BA), in the stunning Apulia region of Southern Italy. Traceability is a huge concern of this company, which produces artisanal products with carefully selected ingredients. Their products are highly digestible with no added chemicals, colorants, or additives. They grind the grains that they cultivate naturally, poor in starch and gluten, and turn them into taralli with no eggs or milk but only olive oil.
Ingredients: Carosella organic whole wheat flour and chunks of soft wheat, stone grounded; Perciasacchi organic whole durum wheat flour (28%); water; Pietregiovanni organic extra virgin olive oil (15%); whole salt of Guerande; fennel seeds. Contains gluten.
